Lynne R. Dorfman has 38 years of experience in Upper Moreland Township School District as classroom teacher, gifted education teacher K–5, writing and literacy coach, reading specialist, and staff developer. Lynne’s co-authored many books including Mentor Texts, 2nd Edition: Teaching Writing Through Children's Literature, K–6 and Welcome to Writing Workshop: Engaging Today’s Students with a Model That Works. Currently, she’s an adjunct professor for Arcadia University and independent literacy consultant.
